Mithas Water currently supplies its products only in selected areas within Kolkata and Howrah. Customers are responsible for verifying the delivery availability to their location by contacting us before making any payment.

Delivery Confirmation: Customers must confirm the delivery possibility through WhatsApp chat only at 7890025390 before completing any payment.
Payments Without Confirmation: If a customer makes a payment without obtaining delivery confirmation, the company reserves the right to initiate a refund within 7 working days after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (if any).
No Liability: In such cases, Mithas Water shall not be held liable for any delays or dissatisfaction caused by payments made without delivery confirmation.
