Refund and Returns Policy (Please read carefully)
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Delivery Confirmation
Mithas Water currently supplies its products only in selected areas within Kolkata and Howrah. Customers are responsible for verifying the delivery availability to their location by contacting us before making any payment.
Delivery Confirmation: Customers must confirm the delivery possibility only through WhatsApp chat at 7890025390 before completing any payment.
Payments Without Confirmation: If a customer makes a payment without obtaining delivery confirmation, the company reserves the right to initiate a refund within 7 working days after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (if any).
No Liability: Mithas Water shall not be held liable for any claims or dissatisfaction caused by payments made without delivery confirmation.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
Water products once delivered and used.
Water filters or dispensers that have been installed or used.
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@mithaswater.com and ship your item to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the above address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
